Introducing ROCKWOOL GBS

ROCKWOOL Global Business Service (ROCKWOOL GBS) is a competence center dealing with professional business support at the ROCKWOOL Group. ROCKWOOL GBS operates since 2016 and currently constitutes a team of over 400 experts, specialists, and managers.

Every day we contribute to the Group's development by introducing new innovations, constantly improving our processes and the way we work both locally and globally. We build a business future on the strong foundations of our diverse experience and development opportunities.

The foundation of our development consists in our current employees, we provide them with the opportunity for vertical promotion (from interns to senior positions in a given department) as well as horizontal promotion (by learning about different processes and taking over parallel functions in other departments).

Transparent career path

Thanks to the dynamic development of the company, we offer various career paths and plan further employment.

Step 1. Looking through a resumes

We analyze your application in terms of suitability to a given position. If we find that your profile is a good match, we will contact you by phone, conduct a short interview and if it goes well we will invite you to a meeting.

Step 2. Job interview

We schedule a meeting with our HR Representative, where you will learn more about ROCKWOOL GBS. Depending on the position you apply to, we can verify some competencies, e.g. technical knowledge or foreign language skills. Next, we will contact you via phone or email to inform you about the results of the meeting, and if needed we can also invite you to an additional interview with a manager or ask you to fill in personality test.

Step 3. Decision

After these stages, we will let you know the final decision. If it is positive and you are interested in working with us - we will get you through the onboarding steps.
