Technical Support Engineer – Insulation & Constructions
Location: Bucharest - office based

This role
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will:
- Maintain complete and up-to-date knowledge and skills on all product technical features and ensure compliance with building market regulations
- Manage and maintain the Product Information Management (PIM) system for South-East Europe
- Ensure compliance with the law of products put on the market in coordination with factories
- Detect potential opportunities and risks in future regulations and ensure competitive intelligence
- Organize actions needed to keep up with the evolution of technical regulations
- Take on the technical development of products and systems
- Ensure the technical information is provided by the departments to our customers
- Handle and monitor quality-related claims
- Secure the technical knowledge. In particular, is responsible for sharing technical information/knowledge within his department between different countries (standards, test results, products, installation, etc.)
- Collaborate and communicate with internal departments, including marketing, to ensure project alignment and information sharing
- Provide technical assistance and solutions for complex customer cases.
- Prepare and deliver technical training
This Is Who You Are
- Education: Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Experience: 2-3 years in a technical role (construction, insulation, or building materials)
- Languages: English (fluent), Romanian (native)
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and customer focus skills, sharp mind and drive
