Dr. John Straube, PhD, P.Eng.
Principal, Senior Building Science Specialist, RDH Building Science

A recognized leader in North American building science, Dr. Straube has shaped enclosure design across a wide range of climates and building types. He’s authored over 100 papers and the book “High Performance Enclosures,” and received the Lifetime Achievement Award in Building Science Education. Dr. Straube has collaborated with ROCKWOOL since 1994.

Ali Al-Janabi, M.Sc., P.Eng.
Building Science Manager, ROCKWOOL

Ali Al-Janabi helps guide high-performance solutions using mineral wool across North America. Known for both his technical depth and practical knowledge, he earned the Joseph S. Zajchowski Technical Excellence Award from CSI Northeast Region for his contributions to the field.
