As Hamilton-Niagara’s Top Employer for 2018, ROXUL Inc. was heralded for its exceptional employee support and the professional development opportunities it offered. Its range of in-house and online training programs, including apprenticeship opportunities and generous tuition subsidies (up to $10,000) for job-related courses, set the company apart from the competition. The company’s stand-out benefits package highlights a commitment to family and their futures. ROXUL Inc. generously offers 100 per cent of salary for six to eight weeks of maternity leave, as well as a subsidy for in vitro fertilization (IVF), if needed (up to $10,000).
