These 1 hour exterior wall assemblies utilize ROCKWOOL Comfortboard 80 and ROCKWOOL Cavityrock stone wool insulation behind the exterior cladding, eliminating the need for an additional layer of gypsum board. They also include an interior layer of ROCKWOOL Comfortbatt semi-rigid stone wool batt insulation that contributes thermal insulation and additional passive fire protection to the wall assembly.
